Greetings from Paradise...
Hello and welcome to our island getaways...
My name is Michael Wernicoff and I am the eldest son in this family owned and operated business. We take pride in providing our personal attention to you, when staying in our wonderful Key West properties. I want to share with you how my family arrived in Key West and a bit about my own personal adventure.
My sister (Sue) I grew up in Ocean City, NJ where our parent's owned a marina and we windsurfed the beaches and sailed the back bays as kids. In 1977, when I was 10 years old, my Mom (Sally) and Dad (Tevis) loaded up our car, with our Hobie Cat sailboat in tow and we set off for our first family trip to the Florida Keys. After that first visit with the warm breezes and the turquoise waters we were hooked. We came back at every school vacation. Initially, we rented a small house for a week, Then the next year a condo for two weeks. A few years later we bought our first home in Key West, which we rented out between stays...Vacation Rentals in Key West was born.
After college I got a "real job", but the warm waters and balmy breezes were calling, so I changed course and set off to teach windsurfing. First, in Key West, at Smathers Beach then in the Turks and Caicos Islands, St. Lucia and Mexico. Sue also lived on a sailboat in Key West for a period of time. Eventually, I found my way back to Key West where my parents had become Winter residents. It was about the time the gated community in the Truman Annex was being built where we knew that it was going to be the best location in town and we were right!
We now have a wonderful selection of vacation condos to rent, so please take a look. We would love the opportunity to help create a great vacation experience for you and your family, and to share with you, the Key West that my family and I fell in love with.

GREAT PLACE !
Our stay at the Truman Annex was fantastic. The condo is in a gated community, unit is clean, quiet & well maintained. Neighbors are very friendly and the owner is a super guy (drove us to the airport, including a little tour).
The complex is within blocks of everything you've ever desired in Key West; bars where locals hang, restaurants, coffee houses, mom & pop stores, tourist shops & a small beach.
We would stay here again in a minute, see you next year.

Wonderful vacation, this is the area to stay. Centrally located next to food market, liquor stores, restaurants , Mallory square, Duval St. The pool was heated and it is nestled in a gated community with quiet streets. The condo itself is clean, update with all modern amenities. The back porch was large for entertaining. Hoping to make it a yearly trip .
PERFECT WEEK IN kEY WEST
For us, we have found the perfect place to stay. The Hemingway Cottage in the Shipyard Condos area of the historic Truman Annex met all of our needs and then some. The ground floor condo was comfortable and included a shaded patio that we particularly enjoyed for reading and relaxing.
