Just a few steps up the spiral staircase is a Paradise within Paradise which is a large private sundeck for you sunbather's! The Shipyard Complex is located in the Truman Annex Community which is located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all of the Old Town Key West attractions. The properties are also located ¼ mile from one of the best beaches on the island.
