This home boasts one of the longest patio decks (over 30 ft long) within in the Shipyards Condominiums and is accessed by two sets of French Doors for the outside living that makes Key West so desirable. The deck is outfitted with table and chairs, 2 chaise longue chairs and a gas grill. This is a great place for morning coffee, a leisurely afternoon visit with friends or a place to wind down the day and is further enhanced by its ability to shade afternoon sun. This home has TVs, a radio, CD player, DVD, washer/dryer, pots & pans, towels & linens, central air conditioning, and private off street parking, pool access. the master bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed with the guest bedroom enjoying two single beds. Extra room for guests is supplied with a queen size sleeper couch in the living room. Dining and entertainment is accomplished with a quick, two-block walk to Duval Street or you may choose to enjoy the Key West Sunset Celebration every night at Mallory Square, which is a short 5-Minute walk. Sun bathing is available either in the Associations private pool or you may visit beautiful Fort Zachary Taylor state park beach, only a 5 minute walk.
